On Friday we visited with Dr. Barber in his office. His ultrasound machine is just a little different then Casey's and he wanted to be sure he could see what he needed. Mark, the ultrasound tech started everything out, take a lot of video clips if you will of your heart pumping and the blood flowing through it. Then Dr. Barber came in and took a look and took more images. Everything looked the same as before but both Mark and Dr. Barber thought that the right ventricle wall looked a little thickened. With a thicken right ventricle wall there is the concern that there is something going on on the left side. Kind of like because of one thing you get the other. They are suspecting an Coarctation of the Aorta but there is no way to know for sure while you are in my tummy. So again the plan remains that on your birthday, you will go to the NICU and get an echo done right on your little chest. Only then will they know for sure.
